Open House / BUILDER'S CLINIC

The November 2018 meeting will be an Open-House / Builder's Clinic at Paul Appelbaum's home. Paul is the scratch-builder of the famous C-17 jet. We will also spend 15-20 minutes taking questions on the newly proposed Constitution and Member Packet.

Even if you weren't at the Feb 2018 meeting, you'll love this clinic. Paul worked building composite experimental aircraft for many years, including a stint with Burt Rutan. We covet his skills, and now a few of them can get transferred to us...

• Everyone is welcome starting at 6:00 pm
  
• The open house from 6:00-7-00 will include Paul's shop and AvantiA
  
• Club meeting will start at 7:00 and demos will start around 7:15

Agenda:

• New Constitution questions/comments
• Fabrication and cutting of G10 1/16 fiberglass
  
• Cutting and glassing servo pockets in foam wings
• Servo mounting and alignment
• If time allows, foam wing cutting
